Vinyl Wraps and PPF Warranty Terms and Conditions

Prestige Detailing Miami LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.prestigedetailingmiami.com/

1. Coverage Terms:This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to vinyl wraps and Paint Protection Film (PPF) services provided by Prestige Detailing Miami for a period of 2 years from the date of service. Coverage includes:

• Peeling, bubbling, or cracking of the vinyl wraps or PPF
• Fading or discoloration of the vinyl wraps or PPF
• Delamination or distortion of the vinyl wraps or PPF

2. Exclusions:This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence (e.g., using abrasive cleaning agents, improper car wash techniques)
• Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, vandalism, or natural disasters
• Any alterations or modifications to the vinyl wraps or PPF done by unauthorized personnel
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that do not affect the performance of the wraps or PPF
• Any costs related to removal of old wraps or PPF or installation of new ones not performed by Prestige Detailing Miami

3. Limit to Claims:Claims must be made within the 2-year warranty period and accompanied by:

• A completed Warranty Form
• A copy of the original service invoice/receipt
• Pictures or physical examination of the defect (if requested)

Claims must be reported to Prestige Detailing Miami within 30 days of noticing the defect. Failure to report within this time frame may result in denial of the claim.

4. Remedies:If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, Prestige Detailing Miami will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective vinyl wraps or PPF at no charge
• Replace the defective vinyl wraps or PPF with the same or equivalent product at no charge
• Offer a pro-rated refund based on the remaining warranty period

5. Transferability:This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the vinyl wraps or PPF service.

6. Limitation of Liability:Prestige Detailing Miami's liability under this warranty is limited to the remedies described above and shall not exceed the original cost of the vinyl wraps or PPF service. Prestige Detailing Miami is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to other property.

7. Governing Law:This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Prestige Detailing Miami is located.
